Standard przedstawia procesy (wej\u015bcia do procesu, stosowane narz\u0119dzia i techniki, wyj\u015bcia z procesu) bazuj\u0105ce na dobrych praktykach w zarz\u0105dzaniu projektami. Przewodnik zawiera dodatkowo kluczowe koncepcje (podstawy dla danego obszaru wiedzy), pojawiaj\u0105ce si\u0119 trendy (podej\u015bcia jeszcze nie stosowane powszechnie) i wskaz\u00f3wki dla dopasowania zarz\u0105dzania projektem (w tym stosowanych narz\u0119dzi i technik) do \u015brodowiska projektu.<\/p>\n<p>Standard part <em>PMBOK\u00ae Guide\u00a0<\/em>was already consulted in the spring of this year. Currently, anyone interested in project management can comment on entries in the guide. We have time for this until July 27. First of all, Agile. <\/strong>Agility in project management has been a leading topic in project management discussions for several years. If you thought this was just a passing fad, you should take into account the results of the Pulse of Profession\u00ae study conducted by the Project Management Institute\u00ae. They show that the number of organizations taking an agile approach to their projects is constantly growing. If not to all, then at least to some. Of course, this does not mean that the classic approach to project management is no longer valid. It still is and will be the right solution for some projects.
