Certyfikat wydawany jest przez <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Project Management Institute<\/a><\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<p>Academy participants acquire and consolidate the skills necessary to effectively perform the role of a project manager, apply all areas of PMBOK\u00ae Guide knowledge in practice and implement the best global practices. <strong>The PMP\u00ae Academy is updated regularly<\/strong>: its program always corresponds to the most current version of the PMBOK\u00ae Guide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The educational cycle consists of five two-day meetings divided into PMBOK\u00ae Guide knowledge areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Module 1, introductory: <a href=\"\/en\/product\/project-management-in-the-organization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Managing Projects in Organizations<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 2: <a href=\"https:\/\/pmexperts.pl\/Kursy\/zarzadzanie-zakresem-harmonogramem-i-kosztami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scope, Schedule and Cost Management<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 3: <a href=\"https:\/\/pmexperts.pl\/Kursy\/zarzadzanie-ryzykiem-jakoscia-i-zamowieniami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Risk, Quality and Procurement Management<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 4: <a href=\"https:\/\/pmexperts.pl\/Kursy\/zarzadzanie-zasobami-komunikacja-i-interesariuszami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Team, Communication and Stakeholder Management<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 5: <a href=\"https:\/\/pmexperts.pl\/Kursy\/przygotowanie-do-egzaminu-pmp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Preparation for the PMP\u00ae Exam<\/a> combined with a trial exam<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The full training cycle lasts from 3 to 4 months, and the modules can be completed in the order and place chosen by the participant.
