Every day, we tailor our activities to the needs of our partners. Our offer includes, among others, conducting regular training programs for employees, supporting the development and enhancement of in-house project management methodologies, or running large-scale training and mentoring initiatives. Each time, the goal remains the same: growth and lasting change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
One example of such a partnership is our collaboration with Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME) \u2013 a Polish company with an impressive history and a truly global reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TME was founded in 1989 in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. Today, it is an international distributor of electronic and electrotechnical components, workshop equipment, and industrial automation. The company ships a package every 16 seconds to customers in nearly 150 countries. Its portfolio already includes over one million products, and the TME Group consists of 12 subsidiaries across Europe, Asia, and North America. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company\u2019s dynamic growth can be seen not only in the scale of its operations but also in its infrastructure \u2013 from state-of-the-art logistics centers to advanced sales and IT systems. Many of these processes are supported by the Project Management Office (PMO), which oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives and develops the company\u2019s internal project management methodology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our cooperation with TME started in 2019, shortly after the company moved into its modern headquarters in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. The first joint step was the PM Academy \u2013 a pmexperts training program based on the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI\u00ae).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Importantly, the training sessions were attended not only by project managers and coordinators but also by employees playing key roles in the organization\u2019s activities. This made it possible to build a wide group of staff members who understand the specifics of project-based work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, there was a need for more individualized support. That is why we introduced one-on-one mentoring sessions, during which pmexperts consultants helped project managers tackle real challenges \u2013 from working with tools and analyzing risks to engaging stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The pandemic put our activities on hold, but in 2022 we resumed the cooperation. The new edition of the training program included employees who had not participated in the earlier sessions. This time, we focused on an intensive two-day training course, Project Management in Organizations, grounded in real-life TME project examples. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, we once again carried out a cycle of mentoring sessions \u2013 this time in the format of two meetings per year with each project manager. The first session was used to plan activities and select tools, while the second focused on evaluating their effectiveness and drawing conclusions. This combination of theoretical knowledge with practical support proved to be highly effective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2023, we expanded the scope of cooperation: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, we introduced mentoring dedicated to leaders and senior project managers, delivered by a pmexperts consultant with extensive experience in working with PMOs. This enabled participants to further develop their leadership competencies and manage project teams more effectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
TME\u2019s growth shows no signs of slowing down. The company has implemented the Hai Robotics system, automating part of its logistics processes, and opened another subsidiary \u2013 this time in India. As the scale of operations increases, so do the challenges faced by the Project Management Office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Continuous organizational growth, fresh ideas \u2013 of which there is no shortage at TME \u2013 and the execution of increasingly complex projects require constant development of competencies. For us, it is both a great joy and an honor to support TME on this journey \u2013 sharing our knowledge, experience, and passion for project management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
