Based on the current edition of the PMBOK® Guide, it introduces various ways of working (agile, predictive, hybrid), an exemplary application of AI (artificial intelligence) in project management and the key power skills of a project manager. The workshop is focused on practical application of acquired knowledge and is based on an interactive case study.
