Managing Projects in Organizations is a fundamental workshop for current and future project managers.

Over the course of two days, it presents the essential concepts of project management and the complete project management lifecycle. Based on the current edition of the PMBOK® Guide, it introduces various ways of working (agile, predictive, hybrid), an exemplary application of AI (artificial intelligence) in project management and the key power skills of a project manager. The workshop is focused on practical application of acquired knowledge and is based on an interactive case study.
