This program thoroughly introduces participants to project risk management processes from identification of an individual risk to solution implementation once it occurs. Project costs are the third of the famous project triple constraints. Precise planning and control of project activities costs is often regarded by the sponsors as one of the most important responsibilities of a project manager. In this course we present a full project cost management process and introduce Earned Value management as one of the effective project status control and reporting techniques.​
