As an Asana partner, we only offer annual license sales, which allows you to take advantage of a lower monthly rate than with a monthly subscription. This solution saves you the equivalent of up to 2 months of subscription per year.
If you purchase a license in advance for a period longer than 1 year, we offer discounts depending on the number of licenses and the selected plan.
16. Can I add people outside my company to Asana and is there any additional cost?
You can invite people outside your company to your Asana workspace as “Guests” without having to purchase additional licenses. Guests have limited capabilities compared to full users, but they can view and edit tasks.
17. Can contractors view reports?
Yes. Asana allows you to invite contractors to a project as a guest at no extra cost. With this feature, the guest only gets access to the shared materials, so you have full control over what materials you grant access to.
