Preparation for the PMP® exam

Preparation for the PMP® Exam is a training course during which we discuss in detail the scope of material required for PMP® certification. During an intensive, 5-day training, we thoroughly summarize the knowledge necessary to pass the exam. We also discuss certification rules, recommended source materials, the structure of the PMP® exam, English-language terms and acronyms, as well as types of exam questions along with ways to eliminate incorrect answers.

Participants after completing the training

  • They are ready to pass the PMP® and CAPM® exam.
  • They have a certificate of completion of training from an accredited PMI® partner and PDU points required in the PMP® certification process.

Languages and locations

We organize the training both online and stationary in Warsaw. The training is conducted in Polish or English, and in both cases the materials are based on English. Regardless of the chosen form and place of training, we guarantee high quality of teaching, focusing on practical aspects of project management. We also organize closed training courses, adapting the location and program to the individual needs of a given company.

Additional information

After completing the training, participants will receive a certificate confirming participation in training with an authorized training partner PMI® Authorized Training Partner and PDU points necessary in the certification process.

The training is the fifth module of the PMP® Academy - an original program preparing from scratch for the role of an effective project manager and international certifications. Preparation for the PMP® Exam is a summary of the knowledge acquired at the Academy, so we recommend participating in the entire series of trainings. You will learn more about the Academy here.

Organization of online training

Online training is most often carried out on the Zoom or Microsoft Teams communication platform.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule of meeting hours in individual organizational messages.

Details:

  • Classes are conducted in the form of live meetings with a trainer on a communication platform;
  • After each meeting, participants will receive a short task, which should be sent to the trainer after completion. The results will be discussed at the next meeting;
  • No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive individual organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
  • Confirmation of the training date;
  • Information about the hours of individual meetings;
  • Information about the communication platform on which the training will be carried out;
  • Links and passwords necessary to log in to individual meetings;
  • Participants will receive training materials to the e-mail address provided during registration;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive certificates in the form of a PDF file confirming completion of the training to the e-mail address provided during registration;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive a link to an evaluation survey at the e-mail address provided during registration, in which they can express their opinion about the training;

Details

  • During the training, participants are provided with coffee breaks and lunch;
  • Lunch is served in a dedicated restaurant area. Depending on the location, it may take the form of a buffet or individually packaged catering;
  • No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
  • Confirmation of the training date;
  • Address details of the training room;
  • Confirmation of the duration of classes and breaks;
  • Lunch details; NOTE: In case of special dietary needs, please let us know when registering for the training so that we can provide a lunch adapted to the participants' diet.
  • Training materials will be waiting for participants in the room;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive certificates in the form of a PDF file confirming completion of the training to the e-mail address provided during registration;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive a link to an evaluation survey at the e-mail address provided during registration, in which they can express their opinion about the training;

The training experts are practitioners with many years of experience in running projects. Thanks to this, the information they share during training goes far beyond what can be read in books. They support the presented knowledge with real examples from design life.

What accreditation does this training have?

The pmexperts Preparation for the PMP® Exam training is accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) under the Partnership Agreement and meets the accreditation requirements.

Can I change the training date after purchase?

Yes, the date of the purchased training can be changed no later than 2 weeks before the planned training.

Are there any requirements for participating in the training?

There are no requirements that must be met before participating in the training. However, this is an advanced training, dedicated to experienced project managers who are planning to take the PMP® exam. If you have less experience and want to develop your project management skills, we invite you to our other training courses.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?

You will receive a certificate of completion of training from an accredited PMI partner and the PDU points required to apply for the PMP® certification. In order to take the PMP® certification, you must meet the PMI requirements and purchase the PMP® exam.
