Our training courses are adapted to various levels of knowledge and include courses for both beginners and experienced project managers.
We teach traditional, agile and hybrid approaches. The offer includes certified training PRINCE2® and AgilePM®, as well as a comprehensive educational cycle, PMP® Academy, which prepares for the PMP® certification.
PMI® training
Our project management training courses are accredited by the Project Management Institute, which guarantees compliance with the best, current industry practices. Participants acquire knowledge consistent with globally recognized project management standards. PMI® standards are guidelines for us that we integrate with our own approach and many years of experience of trainers. Thanks to this, pmexperts training combines high substantive quality with a practical approach to project management.
For beginner project managers, we have prepared training presenting the most important basics of project management. The Effective Project Management course quickly introduces the most important elements of project management and provides a foundation for further deepening knowledge in this area. For project managers with more experience, determined to develop their management skills and interested in the prestigious PMP® certification, we have prepared a series of PMP® Academy training courses.
PRINCE2®
For people interested in gaining knowledge about one of the most famous and widely used methodologies, we offer PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner training. Participants acquire skills including: business feasibility analysis, stage management, use of experience, division of roles and responsibilities, tolerance-based management, product focus and adaptation to project conditions.
The methodology is based on successive, clearly defined processes, which means that it can be treated as a detailed and comprehensive project management instruction. The use of PRINCE2® rules allows for the effective conduct of the project team's work, which translates into achieving high results.
AGILE PM®
Agile is one of the most popular and effective project management methodologies. As an expert in the field of project management, we conduct AgilePM® training, during which we teach how to use this flexible methodology and effectively achieve the intended goals. Our courses include training for beginners - AgilePM® Foundation, as well as for more advanced participants - AgilePM® Practitioner.
AgilePM training is a concentrated dose of knowledge about the benefits, challenges and techniques related to agile project management, as well as the ability to practically apply them in business. The key element of agile project management is effective leadership based on three key aspects: clear and realistic goals, freedom of action, and effective feedback.

SCRUM®
The SCRUM method is one of the most frequently used agile project management frameworks used to create and develop software. It is worth noting, however, that its use is not limited only to this field.
The Scrum method involves the creative work of small project teams characterized by efficient communication and readiness to act flexibly. Group members should be responsible for the tasks performed and organize their work independently. The knowledge and experience of the entire group is also important, which is why teams in which all members have undergone SCRUM training are most effective.
Our intensive Scrum Master I training aims to provide key information on project management according to the Scrum method. Additionally, we focus on preparing participants to successfully pass the PSM I exam.
During the training, participants will learn attitudes, behaviors and techniques useful in everyday work on agile projects. They will learn how to build and improve the work of scrum teams and will take part in a simulation of the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) exam.

We provide training in both Polish and English. We rely on classic, agile and hybrid approaches to project management. Since 2007, we have had the prestigious PMI® Global Registered Education Provider status, and since 2010 we have been an accredited PRINCE2® training provider.
We run our programs both in the open formula (including Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław) and in the corporate formula, where we usually adapt the scope to the specific nature of our clients' activities. Our project management training can be completed on-site or online, which flexibly fits into everyday professional duties.
We organize training in small groups, enabling you to practice the acquired skills. We also leave space for asking questions and exchanging experiences between participants and the host.
For the training to take place on the planned date, a minimum group of 6 people must gather. Otherwise, we reserve the right to postpone the training date.
