Managing Projects in Organizations

This workshop is designed to build core competencies and delivers value both to individuals who are taking their first steps in professional project management and to experienced project managers who have so far relied on an intuitive approach and are looking to structure their work based on internationally recognized best practices.

During the workshop, we guide participants through all key areas of project management (project management focus areas). We cover the most critical elements across the seven project performance domains. We also introduce essential roles and core concepts associated with effective project management. The program is delivered with a strong emphasis on practical understanding and real-world application of the techniques and tools presented. We facilitate engaging exercises and case studies that enable participants to reinforce and internalize new approaches. A key focus of the workshop is to prepare participants to successfully apply the acquired skills within their own organizational context.
