The sprint typically lasts 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the selected use case and your team's availability. Throughout the engagement, we're an active part of the process—we design, build, test, and implement the solution alongside you.
Select the use case and define the objective
We begin by defining exactly what the sprint will focus on. One business area. One clear objective. Whether it's proposal writing, project reporting, customer communication, knowledge management, or another repetitive process, we choose a use case where Claude can deliver measurable value. A successful sprint starts with choosing the right place to begin.
Design the solution
We take a detailed look at the selected process: how it works today, where the bottlenecks are, and what needs to improve. We then design a Claude-based solution, including prompts, templates, and workflows, tailored to your business, your team's language, and the way you work. We don't rely on generic templates—we build a solution that fits your organisation.
Build and test
We build the solution and test it using real tasks performed by your team. We iterate continuously because the first version is rarely the final one—and that's exactly how it should be. Each iteration brings us closer to a solution that works in your environment, not just in theory.
Implement with your team
We introduce the solution into your team's daily workflow and work directly with the people who will actually use it. We demonstrate how it works, answer questions, and address concerns before they become resistance to adopting a new way of working.
Stabilize and hand over
We make sure the solution is stable and that your team can confidently maintain and improve it independently. We document everything we've built and hand over full ownership to you. After the sprint ends, we remain available for an agreed period to answer questions and help with minor adjustments.

Does the AI implementation sprint require an IT department or specialized infrastructure?
In most cases, no. Claude runs in a web browser and doesn't require complex technical infrastructure. We discuss security and compliance requirements at the beginning of every implementation sprint and tailor the solution to your organization's needs.
What if my team doesn't want to use new tools?
That's one of the most common reasons AI initiatives fail. That's why, during the implementation sprint, we work directly with the people who will actually use Claude—not just with management. We don't simply introduce a new tool—we help change the way people work. That takes time, patience, and hands-on support, but it leads to lasting results.
Can we expand the implementation sprint to other areas of the business?
Absolutely. If the first implementation sprint is successful—which is our shared goal—the next natural step is to extend it to another area of the business. Many of our clients treat the first sprint as a pilot before rolling out AI more broadly across the organization.
How involved does my team need to be during the implementation sprint?
Your team is actively involved throughout the entire sprint. We're not the kind of company that delivers a presentation and disappears. We work alongside your team to build a solution that fits your business. We ask for access to the right people, time for testing, and honest feedback. An implementation sprint is a collaboration—not a "set it and forget it" service.
