Do participants need prior AI experience?
No. The workshop is designed for both complete beginners and people who have already experimented with Claude or ChatGPT. We tailor the content and pace to the experience level of each group.
How many people can attend a workshop?
The ideal group size is 6–20 participants. Smaller groups allow for more individual attention and discussion. If you have a larger team, we can run multiple sessions or split participants into smaller groups.
Can the workshop be delivered remotely?
Yes. The workshop can be delivered either in person or online. Both formats have their advantages—on-site sessions are better for building energy and collaboration, while online workshops are often more convenient from a logistical perspective. The choice is yours.
How quickly will my team start using Claude after the workshop?
Our goal is for every participant to leave with at least one practical use case they can apply the very next day. The speed of adoption depends on your team's openness and how well Claude fits into their daily work—but a well-designed workshop significantly accelerates that process.
What if I want to train the entire organization, not just one department?
We can design a program that covers multiple departments—either as a series of workshops or as a combination of a general session followed by department-specific workshops. We'll discuss the best approach during our initial conversation and tailor the format to your organization's size and needs.
