What does Asana implementation look like?
Asana implementation is a process that requires careful preparation, just like any other project. Pre-implementation stage

Implementation stage

We then integrate Asana with other tools and transform the finished processes into templates. We conduct quality tests on the templates, which are then continuously optimized.
At this stage, we also prepare the onboarding process for future employees, establish work conventions in Asana, and continuously build your team's competencies.
Post-implementation stage
Each implementation culminates in a training session for Asana employees, conducted on live processes in a dedicated environment. This workshop teaches both the basics of working within the system and healthy habits for effective work within it.
After implementation, the team receives complete documentation of the activities carried out and further recommendations for the adaptation of Asana.
Our collaboration doesn't end after the training. We continue to monitor your environment and provide technical and substantive support, ensuring effective implementation.
