Asana from scratch - Project management
This carefully prepared workshop is aimed at both those already working with Asana and those just starting out. You'll gain practical knowledge of Asana's features, enabling you to efficiently manage tasks, projects, and teams.
After this 4-hour training, you will be able to manage your tasks and projects, assign tasks to others, communicate with them and feel comfortable in the Asana environment.
Advanced Project Management in Asana
This 4-hour workshop is tailored to users who are already familiar with Asana but want to deepen their knowledge of its advanced features.
Participants will develop their skills in automation (creating workflows with built-in Asana AI Studio), reporting, privacy management, integrating Asana with other systems, goal management, data migration, and using the admin console.
Asana for Leaders - Project Management
This 3-hour Asana training is designed for executives, users managing Asana environments, and PMO staff who want to improve project oversight.
Participants will gain skills in monitoring, tracking, and reporting their organization's performance using Asana. They will learn how to create and use visual, dynamic dashboards that consolidate key activities and progress.
Despite being an intuitive and easy-to-use tool, Asana alone won't make our work environment effective. It's worth remembering that the tool's effectiveness depends largely on the team's competences. Just like an algorithm alone can't write a bestselling novel, Asana alone won't solve our problems without successful work and the appropriate team competences.

This way, when a new employee joins you, you'll have the basic Asana onboarding process ready.
Remember, however, that nothing will equip him as well asa live Asana training.
