How to start applying for training co-financing?
Those interested in obtaining a grant for training are encouraged to contact us. However, due to the variety of ongoing programs and the differences in the rules for funding, depending on the area, we are only able to provide basic information. For detailed answers and funding recommendations, we recommend you contact a regional information point. In the information point, you can acquire a thorough knowledge of ongoing projects that allow you to receive funding for employee training. Each region may offer different programs aimed at companies or adults. Differences include the terms of the financing and organizational details.
Verification and application process
The regional department will provide all the information about the projects to which you can apply and the rules you need to meet to receive training grants. Projects you can participate in:
- Projects for entrepreneurs – dedicated to companies that want to provide training for their employees.
- Projects for adults - dedicated to individuals who want to get funding for their own training.
The regional department will assist you in completing the documents, verifying the application, and will inform you about the specific conditions for co-financing training for entrepreneurs. After positive verification of the application, the interested participant provides information about the training he wants to join.
When it’s necessary, we can arrange a meeting with a representant of the regional department to discuss the process of cooperation, for example about the organization of closed training.
Information about funding for training
Funding for training for companies can be up to 80% - 100% of the cost of training, with the maximum amount of funding reaching PLN 10,000 per person. In some regions it can be a constant amount, for example, 95% of the training price. Grant can be also calculated for each additional hour of training, for example, PLN 80-100 per hour, while the excess is covered by the participant or the company.
There can also be differences in the procedure for settling subsidies. Usually, the participant first pays the contribution, and further settlement is processed directly between the department and the training provider.
Some departments may require payment of the entire training by the participant, and its refinancing takes place after the completion of the course and receipt of the certificate.
How long does the grant process take?
The duration of the entire procedure depends on the number of applications and the availability of operators in the region. The estimated time is two to four weeks from the start of application collection. Preparations can start earlier, even before the collection of applications is launched. You can take care of some formalities, such as setting up an account on PARP and preparing the necessary documents.
How to sign up for open training with funding?
After the grant application is approved, participants choose the training they wish to attend and the date of realization.
Before signing up for training, we suggest you contact our company to confirm whether the training will definitely take place. Sometimes the training may be canceled, for example, due to an insufficient number of participants. Changing the date of training doesn’t affect the grant, but then you have to complete additional formalities, so it’s better to avoid this.
After selecting a training course, the participant receives the necessary organizational information, while we complete the requirements specified by the operator.
How to organize closed training with funding?
Realization of closed training with EU funds is a bit more complex. To organize closed training through the Development Services Database, you need to go through several steps:
- The owner of the company and employees who will participate in the training create their individual accounts in the Development Services Database.
- The owner of the company creates an entrepreneur profile, completes account details and ads administrators.
- Connection of the employees' accounts to the company account by the administrator.
- Contact our company to discuss the organizational details of the training.
- We add the dedicated closed training to the Development Services Database and assign it to the company. The event will be visible only to employees of the selected company.
- The administrator of the company profile signs up employees for the dedicated training (participants don’t sign up on their own).
