PM Academy is a series of training courses designed to prepare participants for the role of Project Manager from the ground up. We focus on providing practical project management skills at every stage of a project.

More about PM Academy

  • The Academy consists of four modules that cover the project management process from A to Z.
  • We focus on providing practical knowledge and tools that participants can immediately implement in their own projects.
  • Training takes place in small groups allowing for exercises. Thanks to this, participants can immediately use the acquired knowledge and discuss the results with the instructor. It is also an opportunity to meet new people and exchange experiences on project management in various industries.
  • The trainers for project managers are practitioners with many years of experience who, in addition to theory, also share examples and experiences from ongoing projects. Thanks to this, participants will learn about real difficulties occurring in the work of a project manager and methods of dealing with them.
  • The educational cycle (four modules) is 64 hours of meetings focused on education, improving competences, polishing skills and exchanging experiences. In total, it lasts from 3 to 4 months, and in the break between modules, participants have the opportunity to apply the learned practices in their projects with the mentoring support of the lead trainer.

Training sessions are confirmed 14 days before the scheduled date. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the training may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants who have already paid can choose a new date or receive a refund.

Organization of online training

Online training is most often carried out on the Zoom or Microsoft Teams communication platform.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule of meeting hours in individual organizational messages.

Details:

  • Classes are conducted in the form of live meetings with a trainer on a communication platform;
  • After each meeting, participants will receive a short task, which should be sent to the trainer after completion. The results will be discussed at the next meeting;
  • No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive individual organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
  • Confirmation of the training date;
  • Information about the hours of individual meetings;
  • Information about the communication platform on which the training will be carried out;
  • Links and passwords necessary to log in to individual meetings;
  • Participants will receive training materials to the e-mail address provided during registration;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive certificates in the form of a PDF file confirming completion of the training to the e-mail address provided during registration;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive a link to an evaluation survey at the e-mail address provided during registration, in which they can express their opinion about the training;

Details

  • During the training, participants are provided with coffee breaks and lunch;
  • Lunch is served in a dedicated restaurant area. Depending on the location, it may take the form of a buffet or individually packaged catering;
  • No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
  • Confirmation of the training date;
  • Address details of the training room;
  • Confirmation of the duration of classes and breaks;
  • Lunch details; NOTE: In case of special dietary needs, please let us know when registering for the training so that we can provide a lunch adapted to the participants' diet.
  • Training materials will be waiting for participants in the room;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive certificates in the form of a PDF file confirming completion of the training to the e-mail address provided during registration;
  • Within one business day from the date of completion of the training, participants will receive a link to an evaluation survey at the e-mail address provided during registration, in which they can express their opinion about the training;

Who conducts the training?

The experts conducting the training are practitioners with many years of experience in project management. Thanks to this, the information they provide goes far beyond what can be read in books. They support the presented knowledge with real examples from design life.

What accreditation does this training have?

PM Academy training is accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) on the basis of the Partnership Agreement and meets the accreditation requirements.

Can I change the training date after purchase?

Yes, the date of the purchased training can be changed no later than 2 weeks before the planned training. Individual PM Academy modules can be completed in different cities or alternatively online and stationary.

Are there any requirements for participating in the training?

There are no requirements that must be met before participating in the training.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?

After completing subsequent PM Academy training courses, you will receive training completion certificates from an accredited PMI® partner.

Is it possible to participate in online training from a country other than Poland?

Yes, participants from outside Poland can also take part in online training. We provide training in Polish and English.
