Preparation for the PMP® exam
Preparation for the PMP® Exam is an accredited PMI® (Project Management Institute) training course comprehensibly preparing its participants for prestigious PMP® certification examination. During an intensive 5-day training, we thoroughly cover the elements of knowledge necessary to pass this rigorous exam. We also discuss certification rules, recommended additional materials, the structure of the PMP® exam, terms and acronyms, as well as types of exam questions along with ways to eliminate incorrect answers. This training is compulsory for project managers who want to obtain their PMP® certificate.

After completing the training participants
- Understand certification rules, the scope of necessary knowledge and recommended source materials.
- Broaden their PM knowledge base specifically in regard of the exam content.
- They have a certificate of training completion provided by accredited PMI®ATP (accredited training provider) and 35 educational contact hours necessary in the PMP® application process.
Languages and locations
Training is conducted in Polish or English in both online and in class format. The open enrollment sessions are conducted online only. Regardless of the chosen form and place of training, we guarantee high quality of teaching and focusing on practical aspects of project management. We also organize closed training courses, adapting the location and program to the individual needs of a given company.
Additional information
After completing the training, participants will receive a certificate confirming participation in training with an authorized training partner PMI® Authorized Training Partner and PDU points necessary in the certification process.
The training is the fifth module of the PMP® Academy - an original program preparing from scratch for the role of an effective project manager and international certifications. Preparation for the PMP® Exam is a summary of the knowledge acquired at the Academy, so we recommend participating in the entire series of trainings. You will learn more about the Academy here.
Training sessions are confirmed 14 days before the scheduled date. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the training may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants who have already paid can choose a new date or receive a refund.
Organization of online training
Online training is delivered on the Microsoft Teams communication platform.
Participants will receive a detailed schedule of meeting hours in individual organizational messages.
Details:
- No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive individual organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
- Confirmation of the date of training implementation
- Information about the implementation times of each meeting
- Information about the communication platform on which the training will be implemented
- Links and passwords required to log in to each meeting
- After the training, participants will receive training materials at the e-mail address provided at registration
- Within 3 business days of completing the training, participants will receive certificates confirming completion of the training in PDF format to the email address provided at registration

Organization of stationary training

- During the training we provide participants with coffee breaks and lunch
- For special dietary needs, please let us know when registering for the training so that we can provide a lunch tailored to the diet of the participants

What accreditation does this training have?
The pmexperts Preparation for the PMP® Exam training is accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) under the Partnership Agreement and meets the accreditation requirements.
Can I change the training date after purchase?
Yes, the date of the purchased training can be changed no later than 2 weeks before the planned training.
Are there any requirements for participating in the training?
There are no requirements that must be met before participating in the training. However, this is an advanced training, dedicated to experienced project managers who are planning to take the PMP® exam. If you have less experience and want to develop your project management skills, we invite you to our other training courses.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
You will receive a certificate of completion of training from an accredited PMI partner and the PDU points required to apply for the PMP® certification. In order to take the PMP® certification, you must meet the PMI requirements and purchase the PMP® exam.
