How are projects managed in sunny Catalonia? Anyone who wants to know the answer to this question is invited to Szczecin on November 29 to a meeting with Piotr Plewiński: project, program and portfolio manager and founder of pmexperts.
Piotr Plewiński will talk about how he designed and implemented an efficient project environment in the Barcelona branch of an international insurance company: from building competences, through designing and implementing the methodology, to establishing the Project Management Office.
The meeting is part of the Meet Project Managers series organized by the West Pomeranian Regional Group IPMA, the Department of Organization and Management of WZiEU and the Project Management Scientific Club "Project". Anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of project management can join it.
