Risk management – without accurate identification of project opportunities and threats, we can lose a lot at each subsequent stage. Taking advantage of emerging opportunities provides opportunities for development, but accurate identification of threats and taking appropriate actions will protect the project from failure.

Quality management - the quality of the final product is a measure of the project's success, therefore it is necessary to control and improve it at each stage of work. In the training, in addition to methods of ensuring the quality of the resulting product, we also discuss the quality of project management itself.

Order management - is more than just selecting suppliers and controlling the partial products they deliver. It is important to use soft skills to establish long-term relationships with contractors while negotiating favorable prices.

Risk, Quality and Procurement Management training is available in the form of: online and stationary. We organize open training in Gdańsk, Warsaw, Poznań, Kraków be Wrocław. During the workshops, we discuss topics covered in the PMBOK Guide 7th Edition and supplement textbook knowledge practical solutions be examples supported by many years of experience.

We provide training in Polish and English. Regardless of the chosen format or place, we focus on presenting the practical aspects of project management. We also organize closed training courses at the individual request of the organization, adapting the location and scope to the client's needs.

The training is the third module of the PMP® Academy - a program that thoroughly prepares you for the role of an effective project manager and international prestigious certifications. Training sessions are confirmed 14 days before the scheduled date. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the training may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants who have already paid can choose a new date or receive a refund.

Organization of online training

Online training is delivered on the Microsoft Teams communication platform.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule of meeting hours in individual organizational messages.

Details:

  • No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive individual organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
    • Confirmation of the date of training implementation
    • Information about the implementation times of each meeting
    • Information about the communication platform on which the training will be implemented
    • Links and passwords required to log in to each meeting
  • After the training, participants will receive training materials at the e-mail address provided at registration
  • Within 3 business days of completing the training, participants will receive certificates confirming completion of the training in PDF format to the email address provided at registration

What accreditation does this training have?

Yes, the date of the purchased training can be changed no later than 2 weeks before the planned training.

Are there any requirements for participating in the training?

There are no requirements that must be met before participating in the training. However, Risk, Quality and Procurement Management is a training course during which we delve into a specific area of project management, which is why we recommend that participants with little experience complete the Project Management in Organizations training first.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?

You will receive a certificate of completion of training from an accredited PMI partner.
