The training introduces the concepts of benefits management and program components to maximize the organization's business benefits. Participants will become familiar with the key elements of The Standard for Program Management. They also have the opportunity to practice the most important techniques during a case study based on a real program.

After completing the training participants

  • They know program management standards and can coordinate complex project initiatives.
  • They are able to align individual projects within the program and at the same time keep in mind the business value that is the key reason for running the program.
  • They know what steps need to be taken and what roles need to be filled for the organization to successfully implement the program.

 

Training sessions are confirmed 14 days before the scheduled date. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the training may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants who have already paid can choose a new date or receive a refund.

Organization of online training

Who conducts the training?

The experts conducting the training are practitioners with many years of experience in project management. Thanks to this, the information they provide goes far beyond what can be read in books. They support the presented knowledge with real examples from design life.

What accreditation does this training have?

The pmexperts Project Program Management training is accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) under the Partnership Agreement and meets the accreditation requirements.

Can I change the training date after purchase?

Yes, the date of the purchased training can be changed no later than 2 weeks before the planned training.

Are there any requirements for participating in the training?

There are no requirements that must be met before participating in the training, but it is intended for project managers who already have basic knowledge of project management.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?

You will receive a certificate of completion of training from an accredited PMI partner.
