PRINCE2® Practitioner

PRINCE2® Practitioner 7th Edition is an advanced training that deepens the understanding of the methodology and its application in sample project scenarios. The training is a continuation of the PRINCE2® Foundation program, addressed to more experienced participants.

During the training, we emphasize the practical application of the methodology in more complex design situations. The course takes the form of a case study, which involves solving a scenario similar to the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam.

Based on the guidelines of the accreditation body - PeopleCert®, the training must be purchased in a package together with an exam voucher. You can take the PRINCE2® 7th Practitioner exam with a PRINCE2® Foundation 7th/6th certificate or a PMP® certificate.

Main training objectives

  • Experienced project managers who are PRINCE2® 7th Foundation certified and use this methodology in their projects.
  • Members of project teams who want to deepen their knowledge and move from the PRINCE2® Foundation level to the PRINCE2® Practitioner level.
  • People interested in expanding their project management competences and obtaining the PRINCE2® 7th Practitioner certificate.

Day 1

  1. Testing knowledge at the Foundation level.
  2. Revision of the basics of methodology and principles.
  3. People as the focal point of the project.
  4. Organizing the project management structure.
  5. Business case and benefits management.
  6. Project preparation process.
  7. Strategic project management process.
  8. Project initiation process.

Day 2

  1. Business case and benefits management.
  2. Project planning at various levels.
  3. Quality management.
  4. Risk management.
  5. Process stage control.
  6. Product delivery management process.
  7. End of stage management process.

What does it look like? exam

  • Duration: 150 minutes.
  • 70 test questions.
  • Passing requires obtaining 60% correct answers.
  • You can use the official PRINCE2® textbook during the exam.
  • Language: Polish, English.
  • Participants choose an online exam date from among those provided by the Accreditor, voucher for. registration for the exam is valid for one year.

Languages and locations

We provide PRINCE2® Practitioner training online and stationary in Warsaw. Training takes place in Polish and in English language. We also organize closed training sessions in other cities in Poland. During each training, we try to provide, in addition to the necessary basic knowledge practical tips supported by trainers' experience.

Second attempt at the exam “Take2”

In the package with the training, exam and textbook, you can also opt for the Take2 add-on, which allows you to retake the exam in the event of failure. People who decide to purchase the exam retake immediately can retake the exam within 6 months of the first exam. The Take2 option can only be purchased before starting the training.

Important information

Due to the update of PRINCE2® 7th training, in accordance with People Cert guidelines, we would like to inform you that:

  • exam vouchers + access to the e-book + OTM for the 6th edition of PRINCE2® can be purchased until June 30, 2024.
  • the last day when participants can take the PRINCE2® 6th exam is December 31, 2024.

 

Training sessions are confirmed 14 days before the scheduled date. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the training may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants who have already paid can choose a new date or receive a refund.

Organization of online training

Online training is delivered on the Microsoft Teams communication platform.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule of meeting hours in individual organizational messages.

Details:

  • No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive individual organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
    • Confirmation of the date of training implementation
    • Information about the implementation times of each meeting
    • Information about the communication platform on which the training will be implemented
    • Links and passwords required to log in to each meeting
  • After the training, participants will receive training materials at the e-mail address provided at registration
  • Within 3 business days of completing the training, participants will receive certificates confirming completion of the training in PDF format to the email address provided at registration
  • NOTE: Please verify your SPAM box if you do not receive a message within the given timeframe

Details

  • During the training we provide participants with coffee breaks and lunch
  • For special dietary needs, please let us know when registering for the training so that we can provide a lunch tailored to the diet of the participants
  • No later than 7 days before the start of the training, participants will receive organizational messages to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing:
    • Confirmation of the date of training implementation
    • Address details of the training room
    • Confirmation of class hours and breaks
    • Lunch details
  • Within 3 business days of completing the training, participants will receive certificates confirming completion of the training in PDF format to the email address provided at registration

What accreditation does this training have?

The pmexperts PRINCE2® Practiotioner training is accredited by Peoplecert under the Partnership Agreement and meets the accreditation requirements.

Can I change the training date after purchase?

Yes, the date of the purchased training can be changed no later than 2 weeks before the planned training.

Are there any requirements for participating in the training?

You can take the PRINCE2® 7th Practitioner exam with a PRINCE2® Foundation 7th/6th certificate or a PMP® certificate.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?

Based on the guidelines of the accreditation body - PeopleCert, the training should be purchased in a package together with the exam. If you obtain the required number of points, you will receive the international PRINCE2® Practitioner certificate.
