Już w lutym i marcu 2019 r. rusza kolejna edycja Akademii PMP®: najstarszego w Polsce, kompleksowego programu przygotowującego do zdobycia prestiżowego certyfikatu PMP® (Project Management Professional): najbardziej uznanego na świecie programu certyfikacyjnego z dziedziny project management proces. Certyfikat wydawany jest przez Project Management Institute.
Academy participants acquire and consolidate the skills necessary to effectively perform the role of a project manager, apply all areas of PMBOK® Guide knowledge in practice and implement the best global practices. The PMP® Academy is updated regularly: its program always corresponds to the most current version of the PMBOK® Guide.
The educational cycle consists of five two-day meetings divided into PMBOK® Guide knowledge areas:
- Module 1, introductory: Managing Projects in Organizations
- Module 2: Scope, Schedule and Cost Management
- Module 3: Risk, Quality and Procurement Management
- Module 4: Team, Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Module 5: Preparation for the PMP® Exam combined with a trial exam
The full training cycle lasts from 3 to 4 months, and the modules can be completed in the order and place chosen by the participant. Our consultants act as mentors for participants, advising them how to apply the learned practices during project implementation. The PMP® Academy is not only the most up-to-date knowledge, but also a guarantee of practical classes: group exercises, work on case studies constitute almost 50% of the entire training.
