PMP® Academy
The PMP® Academy is a series of interactive project management workshops developed in line with global PMI® (Project Management Institute) standards. The program prepares participants to independently lead projects in a structured and mature way, while providing the knowledge required to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam.
The program consists of four two-day competency-based workshops, during which participants learn and practice the application of key tools and techniques. The Academy concludes with a five-day PMP® Exam Prep training, designed to prepare participants for the certification exam based on the official curriculum developed by the Project Management Institute®. This training is delivered by us as a PMI® Authorized Training Partner.
