AgilePM® Foundation – Version 3
The AgilePM® Foundation Version 3 training introduces participants to one of the most effective agile project management methodologies. It combines theoretical foundations, hands-on workshops, and preparation for the certification exam.
On the first day, participants explore the fundamentals of agile ways of working through Scrum Essentials - from team roles and backlog management to sprints, planning, empiricism, and lean thinking.
During the second and third days, the training covers AgilePM® fundamentals, including the project lifecycle, roles and responsibilities, planning, requirements prioritization, risk management, and key AgilePM® artifacts. The course concludes with the AgilePM® Foundation exam, which also covers the material from the first day. Upon passing the exam, participants receive the AgilePM® Foundation certificate—a widely recognized validation of knowledge in agile project management principles and practices.
To obtain the AgilePM® Foundation certification, the training must be purchased together with the exam.
